We have Prayer Request forms in the church’s gathering area, on one of the tables near the display case, that you can fill out to let us know your prayer intentions. You can use the same form to let us know if you want to become a Prayer Team member.
If you prefer, you may download this Prayer Request form and drop it by the office or place it in the Prayer Basket.
