Our Second Annual Fall Festival will be here soon! We are excited to see our parish come together as a community. We are busy making final preparations and we need your help!
We still need more donations for our basket auction. There ae several ways you can help! Donate attention-getting items we can use to create a basket or donate a basket/container full of your favorite things — something you would like to win! Popular themes include Texas Tech items, wine, movie night, holidays, Catholic, Pet, Baking, Spa, Golf, Tools and so much more! Donations can be turned in at the Fall Festival tables after Mass or brought by the office. We need all donations preferable by September 20th, but no later than September 27th so than we have plenty of time to organize and prepare the baskets.
We need volunteers!! Please stop by the volunteer sign up table! Can you help setting up or cleaning up? Would you be willing to help prepare the desserts for the meal? Have a tent you would be willing to set up in the parking lot to provide a little shade? The more volunteers we have, the more we can all enjoy the Festival!!
CAKES AND DESSERTS ARE NEEDED
Cakes, cookies, brownies or other desserts are needed for the Cake Walk as well as to serve with the meal.
RAFFLE TICKETS
The largest fund raiser is the gift card raffle! All proceeds help complete our Prayer Garden debt free! Take a book of 10 tickets to sell to friends and family.
